Sometimes we can feel out of sorts, but a massage might be too much stimulation for our stressed minds or overworked bodies. Reiki can soothe our spirits and bring lightness into our bodies. Our style is a hands-on practice, though clients remain clothed on the table. LEARN MORE HERE

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are offering distance Reiki treatments! From the comfort of your home, you can receive all the benefits of Reiki by talking with your practitioner over the phone or video chat. This is a wonderful alternative to in-person treatments, especially if you or a loved has been affected by the virus. Call us to find out more, or book online.
We are offering a sliding scale, beginning at $15 for 30 minutes, to those who have been financially impacted by the pandemic. Please let us know what you need!
The body often requires a sense of curiosity to find out what it needs to heal. In this massage, we explore different modalities to develop a treatment that feels effective and enjoyable for you. Techniques can include trigger point work, targeted myofascial strokes, craniosacral work, and/or cupping. Pressure is generally medium - deep, with great attention to detail.
Myofascial release uses specific techniques to activate the nervous system and free up the connective tissue (fascia) related to your movement. This work can be used in conjunction with healing from injuries and/or patterns of overuse in the body. Our approach includes a self-awareness practice so you can discover more about your fascial tension. This informs you and helps the therapist get to the root of the issue.

My mission is to interweave the science and art of bodywork so that people develop their mind-body connection and improve the quality of their lives.
Our massage, bodywork, and energywork treatments are designed with this in mind. Our goal is to help your mind and body connect in each session so that you obtain the full benefits of massage. Some days that will mean calming the mind and soothing the muscles. Other days, it could mean using the mind to retrain movement patterns that no longer serve you. Whatever you need when you walk in to the office, we aim to develop synergy between the mind and body to bring about a sense of holistic wellbeing.
